Data Discovery & Classification
The Data Discovery & Classification Track breaks down how data flows through the OneTrust platform, the technical requirements to connect to data sources, and how discovered and classified data can be used to execute and automate data policies and/or response to privacy rights requests.

Data Discovery: Product Overview
This course teaches the functionalities, key terms, connections, and concepts of the Data Discovery & Classification capabilities, providing learners the ability to explain navigation, components, and core data flows within the platform.
AI Governance
The AI Governance Track provides insight into the various aspects of managing AI technologies in the OneTrust platform. The courses within this track demonstrate how to configure and manage the product based on how AI is used within an organization, such as governing AI/ML development and mitigating third-party AI risk.

Master the essentials of the AI Governance product within the OneTrust platform. Recognize how to navigate within the product and perform key configurations needed to get up and running with AI Governance, including how to create attributes, templates, and relationships for managing the responsible use of AI within the organization.
Tech Risk & Compliance
The Tech Risk & Compliance Track breaks down several capabilities within the OneTrust platform, such as risk identification, scoring, and mitigation, policy management, compliance automation, and issues management.

Tech Risk & Compliance: Solutions Overview
This course defines, diagrams, and breaks down key terminology, elements, concepts, and data flows that OneTrust uses across several of the platform’s capabilities to solve many tech risk & compliance use cases.
Third-Party Management
The Third-Party Management Track focuses on the tools within the OneTrust platform that assist with streamlining vendor management. The courses within this track provide insight on the configuration of workflows, documentation of vendors in the inventory, creation of automation rules, use of engagements and contracts, and more.
Prerequisite Courses
Third-Party Risk Management: Solution Foundations
Master the essentials of configuring the platform for managing third parties within the organization. This includes building out attributes and assessment templates for gathering information and assessing these vendors within the Third-Party Risk Management product as well as utilizing the Exchange in the process.

To register for our certification courses please click on 'Start learning now’. You will need to log into your My.onetrust.com account before being redirected to our OneTrust University platform. If you don’t currently have a My.onetrust.com login, please reach out to your Account Manager or email Sales@onetrust.com
Please be prepared with a WiFi-compatible laptop or device with a charging cord. This is to ensure you can fully participate in all our hands-on exercises. We also highly encourage having at least two screens, one for the course/webinar, one for the Hands-on Lab. Once you launch the course, a Hands-on Lab will be assigned to you automatically. Access to the Hands-on Lab will expire after 7 calendar days from the time you launched the course.
